According to the Board resolution dated August 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Everland Group Joint Stock Company approved that the Company will purchase 25% stake at Xuan Dai Bay Investment Joint Stock Company from the existing shareholders as follows:

-       Target company: Xuan Dai Bay Investment Joint Stock Company

-       Charter capital: VND100 billion

-       Transfer volume: 2,500,000 shares

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Transfer value: VND25 billion

-       Transfer time: August 2020.
