HQC: Reminded of disclosure of explanation for financial statements

On July 30, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the Quarter 2.2020 financial statements by Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation and released information to the public. Until the present, however, HOSE has not received the explanation for the fluctuation in the financial statements from the Company as prescribed at Point a, Clause 4, Article 11 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015 regarding the disclosure of information on the securities market.

Therefore, HOSE reminds and asks Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation to disclose the explanation as prescribed, and to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information on the securities market.
