SDE: Additional reason for putting shares of Song Da Electrical Engineering JSC under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.634/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24/09/2019 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the additional reason for putting shares of Song Da Electrical Engineering JSC under trading restriction as follows:
- Reason: Issuers did not disclose information about General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 in 6 months from the end of the fiscal year. The organization did not remedy the cause of the securities. According to Point C, Item 1, Article 31 and Point A, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction
- HNX will announce the approval for above shares to resume trading after the issuers overcome the reasons for being put under trading restriction pursuant to Regulation on trading registration.
