On August 12, 2020, Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation issued a decision on the establishment of subsidiary. Details are as follows:

- Company name: Phu Tai Binh Dinh Wood Company Limited

- Head office address: lot B10C, B11, B12, Cat Nhon Industrial Cluster, Lien Tri Hamlet, Cat Nhon Commune, Phu Cat District, Binh Dinh Province.

- Charter capital: VND 50,000,000,000

- Owner: Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation

- Legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Sy Hoe – Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
