1)      Approving the resignation of Mrs. Trinh Ngoc Duyen as Deputy Chief Executive of the Company from August 10, 2020.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ba Tuan as Deputy Chief Executive of the Company from August 10, 2020.
