-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Malique Firdauz Bin Ahmad Sidique as Head of the Supervisory Board.

-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Che Zakiah Binti Che Din as Chairman of the BOD.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Ronnie Royston Fernandiz and Mr. Goh Cho Kiat Jeffrey as members of the BOD.
