Ha Tay Petrolimex Transportation and Service Joint Stock Company announce the change in Charter as follows:
1. Information before change:
- Clause 1, Article 5: Charter capital of the Company is VND 21,894,780,000. Total charter capital is divided into 2,189,478 shares with par value of VND 10,000
- Clause 2, Article 11: The company has 01 Legal Representative. The Manager is the Legal Representative of the Company
2. Information after change:
- Clause 1, Article 5: Charter capital of the Company is VND 35,031,640,000. Total charter capital is divided into 3,503,164 shares with par value of VND 10,000
- Clause 2, Article 11: The company has 02 Legal Representatives. The Chair of the Board and the Manager are the Legal Representatives of the Company
3. Effective date: 06/08/2020
