1)      Approving the selection of Ernst & Young Vietnam Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2020.

2)      Approving the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board and Secretariat in 2020:

a)      Members of BOD:

-          Chairman of BOD:                 13,000,000 dongs/month

-          Deputy chairman of BOD:     12,000,000 dongs/month

-          Member of BOD:                   10,000,000 dongs//person/month.

b)      Members of Supervisory Board:

-          Head of Supervisory Board:               8,000,000 dongs/month

-          Member of Supervisory Board:          6,000,000 dongs//person/month.

c)      Secretariat:                                                5,000,000 dongs//person/month.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Hoang Huu Duc as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company from July 08, 2020.

4)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Xuan Hoa as Chief Accountant of the company from July 15, 2020.

5)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phi as Chief Accountant of the company from July 15, 2020.
