MHC: Additional capital contribution in subsidiary

The Board resolution dated July 06, 2020, the BOD MHC Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1) The BOD approved the additional capital contribution in Marina Investment Com Ltd:

- Current contributed capital of MHC in Marina Investment Com Ltd: 118,800,000,000 dongs, accounting for 99% charter capital

- Additional capital contribution: 77,200,000,000 dongs

- Total contributed capital after the additional contribution in Marina Investment Com Ltd: 196,200,000,000 dongs, equivalent to 99% charter capital

2) The BOD approved the change of the charter capital of Marina Investment Com Ltd from VND 120,000,000,000 to VND 198,000,000,000.
