-          Stock name: Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of outstanding shares: 93,878,384 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of registered shares to issue: 18,775,676 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 187,756,760,000

-          Issue ratio: 100:20 (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 20 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in September 2020.
