The Board resolution dated July 06, 2020, the BOD of Vietnam Sun Corporation approved to pay cash dividend for 2019 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 10% (1,000 dongs/share)

-          Record date: July 21, 2020

-          Payment date: July 31, 2020.

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
