On July 01, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation  re-elected the titles of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, CEO and sub-boards for the new term from 2020 to 2025 as follows:

1)      Approving the titles of the Board of Directors for the new term from 2020 to 2025:

-          Mr. Le Chi Hieu: Chairman of the Board of Directors 

-          Mr. Le Minh Tam: Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors 

-          Mr. Nguyen Vu Bao Hoang: Member of the Board of Directors

-          Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Truong Chinh: Member of the Board of Directors

-          Mr. Dinh Thanh Le: Member of the Board of Directors

2)      Approving the titles of the Board of Supervisors for the new term from 2020 to 2025:

-          Mr. Nguyen Hung Long: Head of the Board of Supervisors

-          Mr. Thai Bang Au: Member of the Board of Supervisors

-          Mr. Thanh Duy Phuong: Member of the Board of Supervisors

3)      Re-appointing Mr. Nguyen Vu Bao Hoang as CEO cum Legal Representative of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation for the new term from 2020 to 2025.

4)      Approving the re-appointment and appointment of members in sub-boards directly under the Board of Directors.
