The Board resolution dated July 01, 2020, the BOD of City Auto Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of increasing the company’s charter capital from VND 396,000,000,000 to VND 455,399,680,000. Details are as follows:

-          Total shares issued: 5,939,968 shares:

-          Stock issuance to pay dividend for 2018: 3,959,989 shares

-          Stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity: 1,979,979 shares.

-          Number of distributed shareholders:

-          Stock issuance to pay dividend for 2018: 314 shareholders

-          Stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity: 303 shareholders.

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 59,399,680,000.

2)      Approving the amendment of the Company’s Charter regarding new charter capital of VND 455,399,680,000.
