On June 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (GELEX) approved the plan for public tender offer for the shares of Viglacera Corporation - JSC (stock code: VGC) as follows:

1)      Target company: Viglacera Corporation – JSC (stock code: VGC)

2)      Number of VGC shares owned by GELEX and its member company GELEX Electric Equipment JSC before trading: 11,927,600 shares (24.96% of VGC’s charter capital)

3)      Number of VGC shares expected for purchase: 95,000,000 shares (21.19% of VGC’s charter capital)

4)      Number of VGC shares owned by GELEX and its member company GELEX Electric Equipment JSC after trading: 206,927,600 shares (46.15% of VGC’s charter capital)

5)      Trading time: within 30 days to 60 days after the State Securities Commission approves the public tender offer and GELEX discloses information under the laws.
