DSC: Stock under temporary trading suspension (DSC)

Pursuant to Listing Regulation of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24/09/2019 by HNX, HNX announced the temporary suspension of the stock as follows:
- Issuer: Da Nang Securities Company
- Stock code: DSC
- Effective date: 04/08/2020 to 06/08/2020 (03 trading sessions)
Reason: The company did not announce the information about Annual general meeting of shareholders 2020 in 6 months from the end of the fiscal year. The stock is suspended from trading in accordance with the provisions of Point C Clause 1, Article 31 of the Regulation on Trading members of Listed market and UPCoM market.
HNX will notify when the stock is allowed to be traded again or to be put in alert or supervision status after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
