On July 23, 2020, Pomina Steel Corporation announces the postponement to hold the second Annual General Meeting 2020 on July 31, 2020 due to a number of key shareholders who are currently abroad and they are eager to directly participate in the meeting on July 31, 2020. However, due to the situation of Covid-19 disease, they responded unable to keep up on the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2020. In the respect of shareholders, the Board of Directors was forced to postpone the General Meeting of Shareholders on July 31, 2020 and will inform to shareholders of the time to hold the next meeting as soon as possible.
