According to the Board resolution dated July 24, 2020, Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation announces the following issues:

1)      Approved the appointment of Mrs. Bui Thanh Truc, Secretary of BODs, to be concurrently the person in charge of Corporate Governance for the term 2020 – 2025.

2)      Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Vu Bao Hoang as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company for the term 2020 – 2025.

3)      Approved the appointmentof Mr. Le Du Dang Khoa as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

4)      Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Truong Chinh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

5)      Approved the appointment of Mr. Tran Quang Nhuong as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

6)      Approved the appointment of Mr. Quan Minh Tuan as Chief Accountant of the Company.
