On June 26, 2020, the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Pomina Steel Corporation was organized. However, there were 31% number of presenting shareholders due to the affects of Coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic disease. Therefore, the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Pomina Steel Corporation was not eligible to proceed. The Company will organize the second annual general meeting within 30 days from the first meeting date.
