     * Dividend payment in cash for the year 2019:
          - Exercise rate: 6%/ share ( shareholders receive VND 600 for every 01 share they own)
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Hung Hau Agricultural Corporation on working days from 20/07/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
- Exercise date: 20/07/2020
     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 5%/ share (shareholders receive 01 new shares for every 20 shares they own)
  - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit; the decimal will be deleted (if any)
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: the owners shall implement the procedures on receiving dividend at Hung Hau Agricultural Corporation Company on the working days and submit ID card.
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
