On July 27, 2020, the Board of Directors of Dai Nam Securities Joint Stock Company (DNSE) approved the following issues:

1)      To adopt the company development orientation in the future: Applying and providing digital securities services and artificial intelligence (AI);

2)      To invest a new software system with an estimated investment of US$5,000,000 from the owner’s equity, loans and other resources in three years from July 2020.
