Hanoi - Quang Binh Beer Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:

Mr. Pham Trung Kien and Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy have been dismissed from Members of the BOD with effect since 17/06/2020.
Mr. Truong Xuan Quy, Mr. Vu Xuan Vinh and Ms. Pham Thi Nhung have been dismissed from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 17/06/2020.
Mr. Nguyen Minh The and Mr. Tran Quang have been appointed Members of the BOD with effect since 17/06/2020.
Mr. Tran Duc Giang, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Phuong and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thanh have been appointed Members of Supervisory Board with effect since 17/06/2020.
