On 27^th July 2020, Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company announced the share issue to increase share capital from owner’s equity as follows:
I. Purpose of issuing share: issue share to increase the Company’s equity from owner’s equity
II. Plan to issue share to increase the Company’s equity from owner’s equity
1. Name of share: share of Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company
2. Type of share: common share
3. Par value: VND 10,000/ share
4. Total number of shares: 40,024,107 shares
5. Number of outstanding shares: 40,016,607 shares
6. Number of treasury share: 7,500 share
7. Number of shares expected to be issued: 3,842,314 shares
8. Total value of shares expected to be issued (according to par value): VND 38,423,140,000
9. Rate of issue (number of shares expected to be issued/ number of outstanding shares): 9.6% (3,842,314 shares/ 40,016,607 shares)
10. Capital source: undistributed profit after tax in audited financial statement of holding company at 31^st December 2019
11. Record date for the share issue: In 45 days from the date that SSC announced it fully received the report on share issuance to increase share capital from owner’s equity and at least 7 working days after the announcement of share issuance to increase share capital from owner’s equity.
The company will announce information about the record date for the share issue as prescribed by the regulations.
12. Method of handling odd-lot shares: number of shares issued to increase the Company’s equity from owner’s equity that each shareholder receives will be rounded down to unit digit. The decimal (if any) will be cancelled.
