On July 23, 2020, Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) received the appellate judgment dated June 29, 2020 by the People’s Court of HaNoi about the dispute of an office lease between the plaintiff Ocean Commercial One Member Limited Liability Bank (short name: Oceanbank) and the accused OGC. Accordingly, OGC must pay Oceanbank 44,003,583,710 dongs for the remaining office leasing amount and pay 152,003,000 dongs for the court fee.
