The Board resolution dated July 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PSH) approved the establishment of subsidiary with the ownership ratio of PSH to 100%. Details are as follows:

- Company name: Nam Song Hau Tra Vinh Trading Petroleum Com Ltd

- Charter capital: VND 50,000,000,000

- Address: Xoai Rum Hamlet, Kim Son Commune, Tra Cu District, Tra Vinh Province.

- Owner: Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PSH)

- To appoint Mr. Bui Van Ninh as the representative of contributed capital of PSH in Nam Song Hau Tra Vinh Trading Petroleum Com Ltd.
