SJC: Stock under temporary trading suspension

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of VAT as follows:
- Issuer: Song Da 1.01 Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: SJC
- Effective date: 24/7/2020
- Reason: The company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been put under supervision and the company continues to violate the regulations on information disclosure on the stock market. The stock is suspended from trading in accordance with the provisions of Point 1.2, Item 1, Article 15 of the Listing Regulations. Especially, the company has not yet announced the financial statements: Audited financial statement 2018, Reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2019, Audited financial statement 2019, financial statement Quarter 1/2020.
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when the stock is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
