Dividend pay-out ratio:          7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

Payment date:                          August 21, 2020        

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation as from August 21, 2020.
