Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

- The BOD of Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company approved to appoint Mr. Yoichi Hoshino as Chairman of the BOD as from July 17, 2020.

- The BOD of Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company approved Mr. Yasuhiro Yonemura replace Mr. Yoichi Hoshino as the legal representative.
