According to the Board resolution dated July 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of SmartInvest Securities Joint Stock Company (SMARTSC) approved the registration of price and the first trading day of its shares on Upcom in Hanoi Stock Exchange as follows:

- Company: SmartInvest Securities Joint Stock Company

- Stock code: AAS

- Par value: VND10,000/share

- Stock type: common stock

- Number of registered shares: 31,000,000 shares

- Total registered value at par value: VND310,000,000,000.

- First trading day: July 23,2020
