-          Stock type: common shares

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Issue volume: 5,187,500 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 51,875,000,000

-          Issue ratio: 5% (20:1) (shareholder who owns 20 shares will receive 01 new share).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2020.
