3)      The AGM approved the 2019 business result:

-          Total revenue:             1,321 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:            174 billion dongs

-          Dividend:                                15%.

4)      The AGM approved the 2020 business plan:

-          Charter capital:            524 billion dongs;

-          Total revenue:             1,400 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:            190 billion dongs

-          Dividend:                       15%.

5)      The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2019 by Deloitte Vietnam Com.

6)      The AGM approved the 2019 profit distribution.

7)      The AGM approved the adjustment of the company’ business lines.

8)      The AGM approved the selection of Ernst & Young Vietnam Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2020.
