Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation announces the resignation and appointment of members of BOD for the period 2018 – 2023 as follows:

-          Approved the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Suong as member of BOD according to the Resignation Letter dated June 19, 2020 for her personal reason.

-          Approved the additional election of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thai as member of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023.

-          Approved the list of members of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023, including:

• Mr. Dang Thanh Tam:                    Chairman of BOD;
• Mrs. Nguyen Cam Phuong:            member of BOD;
• Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh:        member of BOD;
• Mr. Le Nguyen Hoang Anh:          member of BOD;
