On July 14, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the Board resolution No.10 dated July 07, 2020 regarding the record date (July 22, 2020) to pay dividends for 2019 of Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company (stock code: SCD).

Based on the Board resolution No.10 dated July 07, 2020 by Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company regarding the record date to pay dividends for 2019.

Pursuant to Point 4 of Article 9 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015, “4. Information disclosure related to the record date to implement rights to existing shareholders. A public company must report and submit all documents, and they are the legal basis related to the expected record date to implement rights of existing shareholders to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD), Stock Exchange (in case listed organizations, register for transactions), report to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), and disclose information no later than 10 days before the expected record date”. The Company was late in disclosing the Board resolution and documents supply as regulated

Therefore, HOSE asked and reminded Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company to comply with current regulations.
