The Board resolution dated July 14, 2020, the BOD of Damsan Joint Stock Company approved stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019:

-          Stock name: Damsan Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common shares

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Expected issue volume: 2,551,780 shares

-          Issue ratio: 10% (100:10) (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 10 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 152 shares. With 10% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 152*10/100 = 15.2 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 15 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.2 will be cancelled.

-          Total value of issue (based on par value): 25,517,801,000 VND

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND 280,695,810,000.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q3.2020.
