-          Stock type: common shares

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of outstanding shares: 35,000,000 shares

-          Expected issue volume: 4,200,000 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 42,000,000,000

-          Issue ratio: 12% (100:12) (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 12 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q3.2020 or Q4.2020.
