On July 07, 2020, Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC) signed an economic contract with Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC – MS) for the package: processing, installing coal and limestone transport system for Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Plant Project.

- Location: My Loc commune, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province

- Contract value (VAT included): 283,025,806,043 dongs.
