-          Reason: The auditing company rejected to give opinions about the 2019 financial statements of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company. This is a case of mandatory delisting as defined at Point h, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP and Clause 1.8, Article 26 of the Listing Regulation on Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
