     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 5%/share (shareholders receive VND 500 for every 01 share they own)
          - Exercise date: 10/08/2020
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Phu Tho Tourist Service JSC on working days from 10/08/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above
By bank transfer if the shareholder registers for a Bank account (including: Bank account registration certificate and duplicated identity card or identity card).
