The Board of Directors of Sea & Air Freight International approved the redemption of ESOP shares from the resigned employee as follows:

-          Ex-employee: Mr. Hoang Thanh Tuan  

-          Number of shares for redemption: 30,000 shares

-          Financial resource: the capital surplus of the Company at 12/31/2019

-          Buying price: VND10,000/share

The repurchased shares will become the Company’s treasury shares.
