On June 29, 2020, Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company announces Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

Approving the report on the Board of Directors activities in 2019 and plan for 2020.
Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2019.
Approving the audited financial statements in 2019.
Approving the profit distribution in 2019.
Approving the remuneration of BODs and Supervisory Board in 2019 and plan for 2020.
Approving the selection of one of the audit firms to audit financial statements in 2020.
Approving the resignation of Ms. Dang Kim Ngan as member of Supervisory Board.
Approving the additional election of Ms. Pham Thi Kieu Trang as member of Supervisory Board in the term 2017-2022.
