On June 04, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1084/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock company as follows:

- Ex-right date: June 19, 2020

- Record date: June 22, 2020

1) Reason & purpose: to hold the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

2) Content:

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

- Meeting time: expected in June 2020 or July 2020

- Meeting venue: Notice Later.
