Dong A Hotel Group Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet as members of the BODs in the term 2020-2025 as from June 26, 2020.

- Approving to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thu Giang as Chairman of the BODs in the term 2020-2025 as from June 26, 2020.

- Approving to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc as Head of the Supervisory Board in the term 2020-2025 as from June 26, 2020.

- Approving to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thuy, Ms. Pham Thu Mai as members of the BOS in the term 2020-2025 as from June 26, 2020.

- Approving the resignation of Ms. Le Thi Huy as a member of the BODs as from June 26, 2020.

- Approving the resignation of Ms. Vu Thi Hoai Thu as a member of the Supervisory Board as from June 26, 2020.
