On May 28, 2020, the Ministry's Investigation Agency (C03) issued decisions to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and detain Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh, Head of the Board of Supervisors and Former Chief Accountant of PetroVietNam Transportation Corporation (PVTrans) to investigate an incident related to OceanBank.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh held the position of Chief Accountant of PetroVietNam Transportation Corporation from January 2008 to April 2018. After that, Ms. Anh became the Head of Board of Supervisors until the present.

This incident happened in the previous period and did not affect PVTrans’ business operations. The Company promptly assigned temporary replacement personnel under the laws to ensure the continuity in business management.
