Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company announces some contents of Annual General Meeting 2020, which was convened on June 25, 2020, as follows:

1)      Business target for 2020:

-          Revenue: 86,000 billion dongs (up 33% compared to 2019)

-          Profit after tax: 9,000 billion dongs (up 19% compared to 2019)

2)      Dividend payment for 2019:

-          Dividend ratio: 25%, including 5% in cash and 20% in stock

-          Payment date: in Quarter III of 2020

3)      Business performance in Quarter II of 2020:

-          Revenue: nearly 2,700 billion dongs (up nearly 32% compared to the same period in 2019)

-          This is the most profitable quarter in the history of Hoa Phat Group.

4)      The estimated dividend ratio for 2020: 20%.
