According to the Board resolution dated June 25, 2020, the BOD of SAM Holdings Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      The BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Hoang Le Son as Chairman of BOD of the Company from June 25, 2020.

2)      The BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Phuong Xuan Thuy and Mr. Ho Anh Dung as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company from June 25, 2020.
