According to Board Resolution No.1088/NQ-VSH-HDQT dated June 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company approved the signing of bond purchase contract in Phase 5 of 2019 of Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company, as follows:

-          The person who is related to the major shareholder: Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company

-          The related major shareholder: Power Generation Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO 3)

-          Estimated buying volume: 100 bonds

-          Par value: 1,000,000,000 dongs/bond

-          Total buying value: 100,000,000,000 dongs.

The Board of Directors authorized CEO Nguyen Van Thanh to sign a bond purchase contract with Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company.
