According to the Board resolution dated June 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the policy on signing Technology Equipment Design – Provision Contracts and Solar Work Construction Contracts with partners as follows:

- Partners: Truong Thanh Mien Trung Green Technology Joint Stock Company and WD Viet Nam Investment Consultant Joint Stock Company.

- The estimated value of each agreement and transaction will be more than 35% of total assets of the Company according to the latest financial statements.

- Time of implementation: Quarter II of 2020.
