Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PXT) explains the stock ceiling hitting for 10 consecutive sessions from June 02, 2020 to June 15, 2020 as follows:

- PXT stock price increased because of the supply and demand on the stock market, and beyond the control of the Company.

- On June 09, 2020, the Company appointed Mr. Nguyen Duc Dat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Long Son Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, to be CEO of Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company. Besides, in the 2020 Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors for the term from 2020 to 2025 were elected with young capable and experienced members, creating trust in the development of the Company in the future.
