TCK: Change of reason for trading restriction on UPCoM (Construction Machinery Corporation - JSC)

According to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated 24/9/2019, HNX announced the change of reason for trading restriction to TCK stock as follows:
- Issuer: Construction Machinery Corporation - JSC
- Stock code: TCK
- Previous reason for trading restriction:
+ The auditor declined to give an opinion on the consolidated financial statements for 2018
+  The company did not disclose information about the audited financial statements of 2019 within 45 days as regulated and the company had no remedies to overcome the cause (According to Notice No.1320/TB-SGDHN dated 6th November 2019 and Notice No.484/TB-SGDHN dated 25th May 2020)
- Changed reason for trading restriction:
+The company had negative owner equity in financial report for fiscal year 2019. According to Point B, Item 1, Article 32  of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction.
 HNX shall inform normal trading resuming of TCK after the Company has remedied the causes leading to trading restriction status according to Regulation on trading registration
