On June 23, 2020, Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 233,100 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 102,300 shares

- Purpose: to buy ESOP shares as treasury shares from the employees resigned.

- Expected trading period: Q2.2020 or Q3.2020

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
