However, until 9:31, June 20, 2020, the number of shareholders attending the meeting was 31 shareholders, representing 30,024,420 shares, equivalent to 10.01% of the total voting shares and less than 65% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the first Annual General Meeting of 2020 was not eligible to conduct.
